INDIANAPOLIS — Churubusco’s Mariah Hosted and Lakeland’s Keirstin Roose played in the Indiana All-Star Classic for softball sponsored by the Indiana Coaches of Girls Sports Association Saturday afternoon at Decatur Central High School.
ANGOLA — Northeast Corner Conference regular season champion Lakeland rolled to an NECC Tournament championship Saturday at Lake James Golf Club, defeating second-place Angola by 33 shots.
FORT WAYNE — Churubusco’s boys and girls track teams competed in sectionals last week, with the boys taking second at North Side on Thursday and the girls placing fourth at Northrop on Tuesday.
